How it works
- Submit your shift request (role, date, time, urgency)
- Phoenix reviews and proposes a bill rate for your approval
- You approve the rate or request an adjustment
- After your approval, Phoenix sets contractor pay and publishes the shift
- Contractors request the shift, and Phoenix assigns the best match
You'll have full visibility into your bill rate. Contractors do not see your facility bill rate.
